Dram shop case that was highly contested due to abolishment of common law dram shop cases in Torres v. Jai Dining Servs. (Phoenix), Inc., 536 P.3d 790, 798 (Ariz. 2023). The victim was a 29-year-old bicyclist killed by a drunk driver.
