Breit Biniazan—April 27, 2020
Plaintiff was a pedestrian in a marked crosswalk in the City of Williamsburg, Virginia. The Defendant was driving a Ford F150 pickup truck, and proceeded to make a left turn onto street the Plaintiff was crossing. The Defendant then struck the Plaintiff with his vehicle while she was in the crosswalk, causing her severe and permanent injuries, including a fibular shaft fracture of her left ankle and a displaced medial malleolus fracture.
