Breit Biniazan co-founder attorney Jeffrey Breit has been recognized as a Living Legend in Virginia Business’ 2026 Virginia 500, an annual recognition of influential leaders across the Commonwealth.
The recognition reflects a career Jeffrey has spent representing injured people and taking on complex, high-stakes cases. His work has included serving on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the BP Deepwater Horizon litigation, where he oversaw the case against Halliburton, representing plaintiffs in nationwide Chinese drywall litigation, and, more recently, serving on the legal team representing Newport News teacher Abby Zwerner.
Jeffrey’s impact also extends beyond the courtroom. He is an adjunct professor at William & Mary Law School and has taught at Harvard Law School and Columbia Law School, sharing decades of trial experience with the next generation of attorneys.
Being recognized as a Virginia 500 Living Legend is a fitting acknowledgment of Jeffrey’s decades of work as a trial lawyer, teacher and advocate for injured people.
We’re proud to see Jeffrey and his career recognized by Virginia Business.
