Motorcycle Accident
Plaintiff, a 31 year old male at the time of the collision, was riding his motorcycle. Defendant proceeded to make a left turn in front of Plaintiff, failing to yield the right of way. Defendant struck plaintiff, causing him permanent injuries including a spiral fracture of his ankle.
