Anastasia Uzilevskaya assists our civil litigation practice, representing those who have suffered serious injuries or death as a result of others’ negligence. Anastasia has successfully prosecuted a broad range of personal injury cases, including complex medical malpractice, wrongful death, product liability, and catastrophic injury cases.

Anastasia has dedicated her career to helping those whose lives have been impacted by an injury. She takes pride in the opportunity to help clients during the worst days of their lives; by removing any legal obstacles in their way, she allows her clients to better focus on recovery and healing.

Anastasia graduated from George Mason University summa cum laude and George Mason University School of Law. In law school, she served on the National Security Law Journal and was a member of both the Moot Court and the trial advocacy team. Anastasia is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia; the District of Columbia; and the federal district courts for the Eastern District and Western District of Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Before joining the firm, Anastasia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Daniel S. Fiore, II, in the Arlington County Circuit Court and was a trial attorney for over four years at a law firm dedicated to those injured by the negligence of others.  This experience gave her a deep understanding of how to effectively navigate a case from inception through trial, and Anastasia uses this knowledge today to help her clients navigate the legal system.  Anastasia emigrated to the United States when she was 9-years-old so she understands how confusing and foreign the judicial system may seem. She takes her time with each client to ensure that they understand the process each step of the way.

As an active member of the legal community, Anastasia is committed to guiding young and aspiring lawyers through several mentorship programs. She is an active member of several Bar Associations, the American Association of Justice, and the George Mason American Inn of Court.

During her free time, Anastasia enjoys scuba diving and traveling with her husband. As a former competitive fencer, Anastasia enjoys leading an active lifestyle and her two rescue dogs keep her very busy.
